Instructions

Fill in the form. The company name is optional. If you provide your developer registration name, we'll be able to look up your apps for you.

Provide the name or iTunes key of one iTunes registered app. It doesn't matter which one.

If you have more than one developer registration, provide the name or iTunes key of one app for each registration.

Providing either a company name or an app name enables us to automatically populate your account after logging in.
